I believe you are capable of change and attaining happiness. This may mean gaining security in asking for what you need, asserting boundaries with your partner/co-parent, or making a decision to walk away from a significant part in your life that is no longer serving you a purpose.
As a therapist, I find it is important to engage in self-care, practice self-love, and establish healthy boundaries. My goal is to help individuals live fulfilling lives and be a part of meaningful relationships. You exist and you matter in those relationships.
The beautiful thing about being human is that we can progress and evolve into a preferred version of ourselves at any point in our lives. We may not choose where we come from but we can choose where we go. It will start with you, and I will be here to help you along the way.
